Colorado has a new law that allows remote online notarization. This can be done with a computer or laptop. We meet by zoom, I verify  your identity and watch you sign the document. Once completed you will receive a notarized pdf version of your document.

Rules for wills: If you need to have a will or a codicil notarized, this cannot be completed through a remote online notarization. We will need to complete this transaction in person. I can travel to your home, office, or a public place. We can notarize the document while wearing a mask.

PRICE

Notarizing a document remotely  is $ 10 per document notarized. To cover the cost and time using a remote online platform (RON), where I verify your identity, electronic sign and notarize your document I add a fee of $ 25 for the first document. There will be a $5 fee for each additional document. That results in a total cost of $35.

For a large set of documents remotely , such as a Mortgage Package Signing, I charge for the following:

• Refinance $125
• Purchase $125 -$150
• Seller $75 - $100
• Buyer $225 (first and second)
